Yesterday,
Mark Dixon offered a very clear and concise explanation of
identity,
context,
preference, and
persona. And I agree with his definitions. This would've been useful for
my discussion with Marty on the Identity Reference Model. I was pretty much using the same definitions and making the case that in actual implementations,
personas (which are more abstract in nature) are usually mapped 1-1 with specific
user accounts.
